01 Our promise

No fluff.
Just work.

Ironline is a coaching studio, not a gym full of machines you have to figure out alone. You walk in, we tell you what we are doing today and why, and we make sure you do it well.

01

Coached, every rep

A coach runs every class from warm-up to cooldown. Form gets fixed on the spot, not after you have done it wrong for a month.

02

Programmed, not random

Our classes follow a written plan that builds week to week, so the weight on the bar actually goes up.

03

Twelve max

We cap every class at twelve people. Small enough that your coach knows your name, your lifts and your bad knee.

04

Month to month

Monthly plans have no long contract. Stay because it is working, and cancel with 30 days notice if it is not.

02 What we train

Five classes.
One goal.

Every class is scaled on the spot. Same workout, different weights, so a first-timer and a ten-year lifter can train side by side.

    04 How it works

    Your first week

Walking into a new gym is the hardest rep. Here is exactly what happens, so there are no surprises.

    1. Book a free class

Pick any class on the schedule. No card, no sales pitch at the door. Just your name and a time.

    2. Come in ten minutes early

A coach meets you, asks about old injuries and goals, and walks you through the warm-up. Bring water and flat shoes.

    3. Leave with a plan

After class we suggest the schedule and plan that fits your week. If it is not for you, no hard feelings.

    05 Personal training

    One coach.
    Just you.

For a specific goal, a comeback from injury, or when you simply want every minute built around you. Sessions run 55 minutes in a quiet corner of the floor.

    • A movement screen and goal chat in your first session
    • A written program you can see, plus homework for the days between
    • Check-ins every four weeks so we know the plan is working
    • Partner sessions available, so bring a friend and split the cost

Not at all. Most of our members started right where you are. We start with an empty bar or a light kettlebell, teach the movement, and only add weight when it looks right.

Comfortable clothes, flat shoes (running shoes are fine for now) and a water bottle. We have towels, chalk and every piece of equipment you need.

Monthly plans cancel with 30 days notice, no fee. Any plan can be frozen for up to two months a year for travel, injury or life. Annual plans can be frozen but are not refundable after the first 14 days.

Yes. There is free street parking on Hamilton Street before 8 AM and after 6 PM, and a public garage one block away. Bike racks are right by our front door.

Usually, yes. Tell your coach before class and we will swap or adjust movements. If you are working back from something recent, start with personal training so we can build a plan around it. Check with your doctor first if you are unsure.

Join the waitlist. If a spot opens up you will get a text, and you have 30 minutes to claim it. Members can cancel without penalty up to 4 hours before class.
