This policy explains what Solacx ("we", "us") collects through solacxmarketing.com and how we use it. Questions: info.solacx@gmail.com.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, business name, email, phone, what you need, your budget, the day and time you'd like a call, your website or social handle and your message.
- Basic technical data that every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Our hosting provider uses it to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
- Your language choice and any unsent form draft, stored only in your own browser so the site can remember them. You can clear them in your browser settings.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels on this website. After you send a form, we email you once to confirm we received it. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
How we use it
- To reply to you, set up the call you asked for and prepare a proposal.
- To provide the services you hire us for.
- To keep the website secure.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts this website, protects it from attacks and stores your request in a private database.
- Resend sends the confirmation email you receive, and our notification email.
- Formspree receives a backup copy of each request and forwards it to our email.
- Google provides our email (Gmail), and Google Translate if you choose another language.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you choose to send us there. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to those chats.
They handle your information only to provide those services to us. We also share information when the law requires it.
Translation
The page loads nothing from Google until you choose a language other than English. When you do, the page's text is sent to Google Translate, a service run by Google under its own privacy policy, and Google may set a cookie to remember your language. Choose English to switch it off.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for legal and tax reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Union or the United Kingdom), you may have more rights, including the right to object to or limit how we use your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email info.solacx@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of sending data over the internet is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see your information to the Solacx team.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top.

The Solacx name, logo, designs, text and images on this site belong to Solacx or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without written permission. Client names, logos and reviews are shown with permission and belong to their owners.

We work to keep everything accurate, but the site is provided "as is". Prices, plans and offers are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement. Statistics come from the sources named. Results depend on each business and are not guaranteed.
New client offer
New clients get 20% off their first month of a monthly plan, or 20% off their first one-time project. The offer is for businesses that have not worked with Solacx before, applies once per business, cannot be combined with other offers, and may change or end at any time. The final price is always confirmed in your written proposal.

Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Solacx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website.

- Images have text descriptions, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and buttons meet color contrast guidelines in light and dark mode.
- Animations pause or simplify when your device asks for reduced motion.
- The layout adapts to phones, tablets, desktops and zoom up to 400%.
- The language menu at the top translates the page using Google Translate.
