Yes, everything: plant-based cleaners, microfiber cloths, mops and a HEPA vacuum. If you'd like us to use your own products, or need everything fragrance-free, mention it in your booking notes.
Let us know within 24 hours, a photo helps, and we'll send a team back to re-clean that area at no charge. That's our promise on every visit.

Weekly visits are 20% off, every two weeks is 15% off and monthly is 10% off the standard price. There's no contract. Skip a visit or cancel the schedule with 48 hours' notice.
For most homes it lands close. The final price can change if the home is much larger than the room count suggests, or needs extra time for things like heavy pet hair. We always confirm the price before the visit, never after.
For safety we don't move heavy furniture, work above a two-step ladder, clean outside windows, or handle mold, biohazards or pest problems. If you're unsure about something, ask us and we'll give you a straight answer.
After the clean. We send an invoice by text or email and you can pay by card. No deposit is needed to book. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice may carry a $40 fee.
